At Winsor Choza Pilates, we are not only a premiere Pilates studio, but we do have certified instructors in Resistance Training.  A strength trainer with a Pilates lens!  Using free weights, kettle bells, resistance bands, and a pulley system, you make the most out of your body with the benefit of multiple modalities in one place. 

 

Do 30 minutes of resistance training and 30 minutes of Pilates, or add 30 minutes of stretch.
