Many of Winsor Choza Pilates instructors not only are certified in traditional Pilates, they also have a certificate in resistance training.  Their experieces allows to weight train with a Pilates lens! It's a perfect combination of form and fuction. Using free weights, kettle bells, resistance bands, and a pulley system, you get the most out of your workout, enjoying the benefit of a multiple modalities movement class. 

 

Do 30 minutes of resistance training and 30 minutes of Pilates, and finish it off with 30 minutes of stretching.
