Saul Choza
Saul Choza is a highly respected Pilates instructor with three decades of experience and the proud owner and director of Winsor Choza Pilates. As a dedicated steward of the Winsor Pilates legacy, Saul reaches students around the world through his dynamic international workshops. He is certified in Pilates by the esteemed Romana Kryzanowska and holds an exercise instructor certificate from UCLA.
