About
I'm Saul Choza
Pilates has been a part of my life for more than thirty years. Over that time, I’ve seen how powerful this method can be—not only in strengthening the body, but in lifting the spirit. The work created by Joseph Pilates truly works, and watching my students transform through consistent practice continues to inspire me every day.
My journey began when I started training with Mari Winsor in the 1990s. What began as a mentorship grew into a partnership that lasted more than 17 years. During that time, I had the privilege of teaching alongside her and appearing in many Winsor Fitness videos, helping bring Pilates into homes around the world.
When I opened Winsor Choza Pilates, I wanted a space where the work could continue to evolve—a studio grounded in the classical method, yet welcoming to everyone who walks through the door. I was fortunate to have the encouragement of Mari, the support of dear friends, and the unwavering belief of my husband as I took the step to become a small business owner.
Today, I take great pride in creating an environment where people feel safe, supported, and nurtured. My goal is simple: to help every student feel seen and welcomed as they begin or continue their Pilates journey. Every morning begins with a blessing for the studio and for the people who will fill it.
Whether you are new to Pilates or have been practicing for a long time, you are welcome here. At Winsor Choza Pilates, the goal is simple: to help you move better, feel stronger, and experience the lasting benefits of the classical method in a supportive and caring environment.

Pilates Instructor
Andrea Brody
Andrea Brody discovered Pilates after years of working as a graphic designer, when the demands of long hours at a desk led to chronic neck, shoulder, and back pain. Experiencing firsthand the transformative benefits of Pilates inspired her to shift careers and help others find the same relief through movement.
Today, Andrea works with a diverse range of clients—from television writers and executives to busy moms—helping them build strength, improve mobility, reduce pain, and create greater balance in their daily lives. Her compassionate, individualized approach meets clients where they are, supporting lasting improvements in posture, flexibility, sleep, and overall well-being.
Andrea is passionate about helping people move with greater ease and confidence so they can spend less time focused on pain and more time enjoying the lives they love.

Pilates Instructor
Marea Bianchini
With more than 25 years of teaching Classical Pilates, Marea trained directly under Romana Kryzanowska, Joseph Pilates' foremost protégé, and later taught alongside Mari Winsor at Winsor Pilates and throughout Los Angeles.
Her background as a classical ballerina and dedicated yoga practitioner gives her a refined understanding of the body and its unique movement patterns. A lifelong student of the Classical method, Marea brings depth, precision, and thoughtful instruction to every session, helping clients better understand their bodies through the original work of Joseph Pilates.
Throughout her career, she has worked with professional athletes, performers, older adults, individuals with special needs, and those simply seeking to move with greater strength, balance, and confidence.
