Core Continuum
Core Continuum is a monthly gathering focused on studying and practicing the Classical Pilates method with Saul Choza.
Each 1.5-hour session delves into a specific aspect of the Pilates system, giving participants the chance to deepen their understanding through movement, discussion, and hands-on practice. Designed for curious students and Pilates teachers alike, Core Continuum offers a space to explore the principles underlying the method and how they are expressed in the body.
Participants can expect an invigorating workout, thoughtful instruction, and a greater appreciation for the Classical Pilates tradition.
