Class Offerings

Pilates - All Levels

Designed for all experience levels, this class introduces the fundamental structure of the classical reformer system. Through breath, flow, precision, and control, students build strength, coordination, and a deeper understanding of movement while creating a foundation for more advanced work.

 

Pilates - Advanced

Designed for experienced students, this class follows the traditional classical reformer order at a more challenging pace. Through consistent practice, students develop greater strength, control, endurance, and fluidity while deepening their connection to the work.

The Winsor Choza Approach

Small class sizes create an environment where students can receive individual attention while benefiting from the energy of a group setting. The focus remains on quality of movement, steady progress, and a deeper understanding of the work.
