Joseph Pilates was a professional boxer who was able to  draw this knowledge into his Pilates method.   Shadowing is  observing someone of great experience and mastery.  We introduce Shadowboxing.

Shadowboxing is the opportunity to observe Saul Choza, Romana trained teacher.  One day includes:

• Four Hours Observation

• One Private with Saul

• 30 Min Discussion

The program runs Monday through Thursday.  We recommend a four day experience.  The student can be fully immersed, finishing Thursday with Saul's class for teachers, Core Continuum
